Who we are

Mivru (mivru.com) is run by Zahika LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use this website or buy a product from us.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.

Digital products

Our products are digital files (spreadsheets and PDFs). Nothing is shipped. You get access to your files right after payment, on your download page and from “My downloads”.

Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal license to use it for yourself and your household. You may not resell, share, give away or publish the files, in whole or in part, or include them in a product of your own.

No financial advice

Our templates are planning tools. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for the numbers you enter and the decisions you make.

Liability

We work hard to make our files accurate and easy to use, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from their use.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
